Where can we meet? What is the meeting point?

After completing your booking, you will receive the meeting time by email.

The location, however, is indicated here .

We will meet at the trapezoidal pier of Marina Yachting, right in front of the access gate.

What activities can be done during the excursion?

During the excursion, you will have the opportunity to do various activities.

We will make stops at panoramic points to allow you to fully enjoy the boat tour in Palermo.

We will provide you with the necessary snorkeling equipment, including underwater scooters, noodles and masks, to make your experience even more engaging and memorable.

What does the excursion include?

With your ticket you have access to an extraordinary experience that includes: a boat tour with a Sicilian skipper, stops at the most beautiful spots, a generous aperitif of local street food , the use of snorkeling equipment , unlimited fresh water.

What extras are included?

We provide you with high quality snorkeling equipment, including underwater scooters , noodles and masks , to explore the magical underwater world. New for 2024 are also floating mats .

Are non-alcoholic drinks also served in the aperitif formula?

For adults, as an alternative to Spritz, we can offer water or Coca Cola. But if you let us know in advance (maximum within 24 hours) we can provide you with fruit juices.

Are there options for vegans and vegetarians in the aperitif formula?

Of course, we offer options specifically designed to cater to veg preferences , ensuring a tasty and inclusive experience for all, as long as we are informed at the time of booking.

Can I bring or purchase food and drinks on board?

We are sorry, but you are not permitted to bring your own food or drinks on board. If you wish, you can purchase extra drinks directly on board: we are equipped for this 😀. As for food, we can guarantee that you will not have to worry, as our appetizers are generous and plentiful, ensuring a delicious gastronomic experience during the entire trip.

Do the skippers speak foreign languages?

Of course! On board, the captain and his assistant speak perfect English . Angela also knows French , while Alberto is good with Spanish . So, whatever your preferred language, we will do our best to communicate clearly and friendly throughout your experience with us.

Is there a gray area?

Of course! On both boats, there are several options available to protect yourself from the hot Sicilian sun . You can stay outside under an awning or in the sunbathing area , ensuring optimal comfort based on your preferences.

Will there be snorkeling?

Absolutely yes! During each stop we make, you will have the opportunity to practice snorkeling, and we will provide you with all the necessary equipment, including masks, noodles and underwater scooters. It will be an exciting opportunity to explore the underwater wonders and live an unforgettable experience.

Is there a recommended dress code?

We recommend that you bring a swimsuit, a beach towel, a hat and sunscreen. These are tips to ensure maximum comfort and safety during your hike, but it all depends on your personal preferences.

Are rock shoes necessary?

No, it is not necessary to wear shoes on board as we will be barefoot and will not touch the beach or the rocks.

What should I do if I feel unwell while surfing?

If you feel unwell while sailing, please inform the captain or steward on board immediately.

Staff are trained to handle such situations and will be able to take the necessary measures to ensure your well-being.

They will advise you on the options available and appropriate decisions to make, such as taking a break or changing your itinerary, to ensure you are feeling as good as possible.

Is there an age limit to board?

No age limit. Newborns? Yes, they are welcome too!

Are there discounts for children?

Yes, at the time of booking, based on age, there will be a discounted price.

Can I board if I'm pregnant?

Absolutely yes, you can board even if you are pregnant. However, we recommend that you consult your doctor before participating in the excursion to ensure that it is safe for you. It will also be helpful to inform the captain or steward on board of your condition, so that they can take appropriate precautions to ensure your comfort and well-being while sailing.

Can I board if I am in a wheelchair?

We regret to inform you that we do not have a ramp to facilitate wheelchair access on board.

Since walking on the boat using a wheelchair may be limited, it is advisable to carefully evaluate the situation based on your personal needs.

Can I bring pets?

No, for safety reasons, we prefer not to have animals on board.

Is smoking allowed on board?

Yes, smoking ONLY e-cigarettes is permitted on board.

Is it possible to organize fishing trips?

If you feel like fishing, we can organize a fishing trip, upon advance request.

We recommend that you contact us before booking and we will be happy to arrange a PRIVATE tour with the opportunity to fish.

No, the tour is also suitable for beginners. Before departure, you will receive a briefing on the use of the Quad and the safety rules.

Yes, a valid driver’s license is required for the driver.

The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes, including time for stops and a snack.

What is the starting point? Is it easy to get there?

The tour starts from Via dei Cantieri 17, an easily accessible point in Palermo.

What happens in case of bad weather?

In case of adverse weather conditions, we will inform you in advance to reschedule the tour or refund you.

Yes, you can share the Quad with a passenger, as long as he or she is at least 12 years old.
